How Many Calories Are In A Typical Juice?
Juices are lower calorie high nutrients. Juices typically range anywhere from 90-150 calories. Some may be higher depending on the ingredients used, especially if heavy on the fruit.
What About The Fiber Lost?
The absence of fiber is not an absence of nutrients. Fiber acts as a "broom" to clean out your system. With a balanced diet of whole foods a proper amount of fiber can be achieved.
