Arugula (5oz by wt) Container
1 C EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
12 Garlic Cloves
1/2 t Sea Salt
1 Lemon, Zest & Juice Of
1 C Nutritional Yeast
2 C Pumpkin Seeds
Place arugula in food processor. Pulse about 8-10 times to create space in the bowl.
Add remaining ingredients. Pulse until the pesto comes together like a paste. Scrape sides of bowl. Pulse a couple more times.
Serve over pasta, quinoa, spaghetti squash, cauliflower rice.
