__________ 4 C GF ROLLED oats (DO NOT use quick oats) __________ 1 C Pumpkin Seeds __________ 1 C Hemp Hearts __________ 1 1/2 C Maple Syrup __________ 1 C Raisins (hold off on adding these, mix in last 10 minutes of baking process) __________ 2 T Flax Seeds __________ 2 T Chia Seeds __________ 2 T Cinnamon __________ 2 t Ground Turmeric __________ 1 t Ground Ginger __________ ½ t Sea Salt __________ ½ t Ground Cloves __________ ½ t Ground Cardamom __________ 2 tsp Vanilla p
Pre Heat oven to 350. Line large, 9x13, baking sheets with parchment paper. If do not have large, 2 smalls will do, but do not pile onto 1 small or the oats will stay soggy. With gloved hands mix ingredients well, EXCEPT RAISINS. Spread out evenly across the pan. Bake at 350. Mixing every 10 minutes (AT 20 MINUTES STIR THE RAISINS) for a total of 30 minutes until granola is golden. Let cool completely. I like to remove from cookie sheet and spread out really well on parchment so that it cools & crisps up nicely. Store in airtight container. Do NOT store until completely cooled!!!
