1/2 c pumpkin seeds + 1/2 c hemp hearts
2 T chia seeds + 2 T flax seeds
1 C GF all purpose flour, Namaste brand
1 T Maple Syrup
1 t Sea Salt
1 C H2O
2 T Fresh Herb (rosemary/thyme/oregano) or 1 T dried
Heat oven to 325.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl & Mix well. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture to desired thickness using spatula or hands, making certain there are no “holes” Thinner = Crisp
Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely & cut to desired size, or break apart for a more “artisan” style.
