Seeded Crackers (V, GF, NF)

Ingredients

1/2c pumpkin seeds

1/2c hemp hearts

2T chia seeds

2T flax seeds

1c GF all purpose flour (we recommend the Namaste brand)

1T maple syrup

1t sea salt

1C water

2T fresh herbs of choice (rosemary, thyme, oregano) or 1T dried herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F

  2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread mixture to desired thickness using spatula or hands (make sure there are no “holes” (thinner = crispier) - TIP: we recommend putting a sheet of parchment paper on top of the mixture and pushing down to make a flat thin layer, then tear off sheet to bake

  4. Bake for 30 to 40 mins until golden brown

  5. Let cool completely and cut to desired size (break apart for an “artisan” look)
