What are the benefits of drinking juice?

Drinking our cold-pressed juices is an efficient way to fuel your body with tons of nutrients as it surpasses your digestive system and is absorbed directly by the body, therefore a suboptimal system is still able to obtain a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

How long do your juices last?

In order to ensure high quality standards for our juices, we suggest that they are consumed within 5 days from the date pressed and bottled which is the date indicated on the label of each bottle.

When is the best time to do a juice cleanse?

We recommend a juice cleanse any time you desire a digestive system “reset” however we highly recommend to consult with your physician if you have any medical conditions or concerns. Juice cleanse orders require a 48 hours notice.

Is there a change in nutrients due to the fiber lost in fresh juicing?

Fiber acts as a “broom” to clean out your whole system, therefore the actual nutrients from the organic fruits and vegetables is not lost when consuming our fresh juices. We believe a balanced diet consisting of plenty of whole foods is optimal, which naturally provides substantial fiber for the body. 

What does unpasteurized juice mean?

Our unpasteurized juices have not been heat treated to ensure full nutritional content from the cold-pressed organic fruits and vegetables. We have strict policies in place to create a sanitary and safe environment, however please consult a doctor if drinking unpasteurized products may be a concern.

How many calories are in your juices?

We strongly believe in focusing on nutrition over calories.  Although we strive to keep our products as consistent as possible, due to the perishable nature of the organic fresh produce we source and because our sourced produce naturally varies in size, our juices themselves vary in nutrition, color, and thus calories by batch. With that being said, we have estimated the majority of our juices to typically range between 90 to 150 calories, with a few being higher depending on the ingredients used (juices heavier in fruit will naturally be higher in calories).

Do you have nutrition information on your menu items?

We understand the desire of many people to know the nutritional information however wince we focus on nutrition over calories, we do not track the nutritional information in our food. We love to serve our community with convenient plant-based food and because of the intimate size our shop our owner/chef often creates a new lunch meal, dressing/sauce, or dessert spontaneously and is always continuing to improve our recipes therefore we do not keep track of this information.

Do you use any animal products in any of your food?

No we do not use any animal products at all. We focus primarily on nutrient dense whole foods, which consists mainly of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 99% of our food is gluten free, with the exception of our organic multigrain bread used for avocado toast and sandwiches. The remaining food options and all desserts available are always made gluten free. Although we try our absolute best to help our customers with food sensitivities and allergies, we cannot completely guarantee the absence of gluten in our foods solely due to potential of cross contamination.

Can I place an order ahead if I am in a rush?

Yes, we love when our customers consider us for a quick drive-by! If you are in a rush, we recommend calling ahead to place an order at our number: 440-289-0727 and provide your name and estimated time of arrival along with your order.
