Rosemary Cashews (V, GF)

Ingredients

5c unsalted cashews

1/4t sea salt

1/4c maple syrup

1/4 to 1/2t cayenne peppe (optional)

Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Line 9x13 baking tray with parchment paper

  3. Combine all ingredients with hands

  4. Bake 10 mins, mix and bake another 5 to 10 mins (watch closely and if nuts are browning quickly reduce the cooking time or lower the oven to 325F)

  5. Add fresh rosemary the last 5 mins
